problems directly with your insurance carrier.
We work consistently
to obtain new insurance contracts.
If we are not contracted with an insurance company, we are often able to negotiate a
rate with the carrier which allows us to be able to take the non-contracted case, on an

offer services on a sliding fee scale, based on a patient's documented financial
