Salisbury Visiting Nurse Association is a Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agency. We bill your insurance company and deal with any payment problems directly with your insurance carrier.

We work consistently to obtain new insurance contracts. If your insurance company is not listed above, please call us at 860-435-0816. The list above changes as more contracts become available.

If we are not contracted with an insurance company, we are often able to negotiate a
rate with the carrier which allows us to be able to take the non-contracted case, on an
individual basis. Contact us for more information about out of network services.

Salisbury VNA provides care to area residents regardless of ability to pay.We
offer services on a sliding fee scale, based on a patient's documented financial
